My pregnant wife 10

A week passed but Gloria was still angry with him and she was not talking or listening explanation from him. Now Shawn had nothing to do except rest at his apartment or following her around whenever she tried to go out.

Gloria was already fourth month pregnant by now and with that her morning sickness only became worse. She was having monthly check ups and the doctor was unable to find any reason of why she still had morning sickness except that she was taking stress.

She came out of the room while glancing at the prescription slip when Shawn snatched it from her.

"Give it back to me." She growled at him who looked scared.

"Pregnant women are really scary." He shuddered."I will buy them while you can rest here."

He forcefully made her sit on the bench and walked towards the pharmacy.

Gloria sat there with a frown on her forehead and waited for him so he could come back.

Shawn took the medicine and was about to turn when he heard an excited voice near him. He turned towards the side of the voice and saw a lady sitting with her husband. She was looking excited and happy as she put her husband's hand over her bump so he could feel the first movement of their child.

The couple looked so happy that it made Shawn smile.

He walked towards the area where Gloria was sitting while waiting for him. He sat beside her who took the medicines and checked everything while Shawn bit his lip trying to gather courage for the request he was going to make.

"You forgot the multivitamin."

"They were out of it. I will buy them in the evening." Shawn explained while Gloria got and walked towards the exist without caring about him.

Shawn knitted his brows and quickly followed her who was now leaving the hospital.

"Where are you going now?"

"To hell." She rudely told him and kept walking while Shawn smiled.

"Let's go together then." He told her while Gloria rolled her eyes and stopped.

"Just leave. I don't want you to follow me everywhere."

"I am not following you. You are just walking in front of me."

Gloria knitted her brows and turned away from him.

"Bye, see you tomorrow." Shawn waved his hand as Gloria reached near her apartment. She scoffed but before she could say anything he entered his apartment and closed the door.

Gloria shook her head and entered inside her apartment rather annoyed.

She put the medicines on the kitchen counter and filled glass with water.

As she was drinking it, the door bell rang.

She angrily put the glass back and went to open the door knowing that it must be Shawn.

She opened the door with a frown but her frown disappeared seeing the man standing in front of him.

"Uncle." She gave him a welcoming smile while Mr Mendes entered inside holding the bags of food.

"I asked the chef to make some yummy food for you." He gave her the bags.

" And I also asked him to make green salad for you with lots of olives and lime juices."

Gloria nodded and invited her father in law to come inside.

Green salad was something which Shawn loved to eat nearly everyday. She will crave for it everyday after her pregnancy but no matter how much the chef tried but it never tasted the same.
