Sally looked at her plate and then at Gerrad who motioned her to eat. The plate consist of few boiled veggies while carrots and broccoli were prominent making her gag at the sight. The other thing was a piece of fish which also seemed boiled or steamed which she wasn't sure as she never ate something like this.

A little salt and pepper was sprinkled on top of it.

She looked around the table and there was nothing else to eat.

"Why are you not eating?" Gerrad saw her hesitant and asked her while Sally stared at her plate.

She wanted to tell him that she doesn't eat green because she wasn't a cow but still she picked the fork and start eating the fish which was also boiled like those veggies.

"I want to apologize to you for what happened earlier."

Sally tried to say something but he stopped him.

"Our mother always taught her to respect others and especially women. After her death, Milo changed a lot and our father also spoiled him a lot but he is not a bad person."

"I am sorry for your mother but what has Milo to do in this."Sally looked confused as he first kidnapped her threatened her and now was apologizing her.

"The one who talked with you on phone." As Gerrad told her she scoffed and threw her fork on the plate.

"I will take you back after breakfast." He coldly told her knowing that she was about to unleash her anger on him.

Hearing his cold voice, Sally decided not to add fuel in the fire. She was happy she was going back.

"I am done. Let's go." She quickly tried to get up while Gerrad frowned. looking at her plate. She only ate a small piece of fish while everything was nearly the same.

"You should not waste food."

"This is not food." Sally informed him who inhaled to control his anger. She was a teenager and teenagers are all alike. Even Milo was like her when he was in his teenage years.

He got up and buttoned his coat.

Walking beside him, Sally noticed tahts he actually looked so tiny with him. He had lean body and the black suit was beautifully embracing his body.

"Are you done looking at me?"

"Yes, but you are handsome Uncle." Sally smile and made an okay sign.

"She is alright. I didn't harm her in any way but still I will compensate for my mistake."Gerrad told Kelly who was happy to see her safe.

"Sally, please sit outside."

She asked her who got up and left the office obediently.

Kelly saw Sally leaving and then turned towards Gerrad.

"What is it that you want? Money..."

"I don't want money." Kelly inhaled deeply. She was in this orphanage from past fifteen years and was just a caretaker at that time. Now she was fifty years old and was about to get retire soon.

"After what you did, a lot of things happened here. Even if you leave her here she won't be safe.I already was planning to make her leave to some other country once she turn eighteen but now I don't have much choice.Please keep her with you until I arrange something for her to leave this country."

"It's not my problem. I can give you money and that's it."

Kelly heard her cold voice but she wasn't scared this time. She inhaled and then looked in his eyes.
