The Stepbully She Craves

Chapter16

Chapter16

Hailey

It's pissing me off that Cole is acting possessive after the way he acted last

night-as if I meant nothing, as if sex with me was just about my 'tight hole,' as if he could care less that I was upset he came inside. I'm in the mood to provoke him.

I slide into the pool and put both hands on Xander's knees, parting them and

gliding in close to him. He gives me a cocky grin, showing perfect teeth, and runs a hand through his hair, smoothing back the lock that's fallen forward. His bare chest and stomach are flat and muscled and the bulge in his swim trunks is growing with my proximity.

"We could do it right now," I say, in what I hope is a low and seductive voice, and I cup his cock over the fabric of his swim trunks, feeling it grow in my hands. He leans back, training his eyes on me, and I look over to Cole to make sure he's watching.

He is. And the look he's giving me is heat and fury.

"Oh fuck, Hailey," groans Xander. "Pull it out, please."

Cole blows out a frustrated breath. "Can you not " He pulls his feet out of the pool and storms over to the lounge chairs.

Xander rolls his head over to look back at him. " What is your problem, man "

"Ijust don't want to sit here and watch my stepsister give you a fucking blowjob, okay That's not my idea of a good time."

"Since fucking when Last I checked, that was exactly your idea of a good time."

"I'm just not in the mood."

Xander's eyes open wide then, and he gets a knowing look.

"Ohh." He looks slowly back and forth between the both of us. "Did you two. " He trails off and Cole looks away. I don't say anything. "Wow."

"Don't be weird about it," says Cole.

"I'm not the one being fucking weird about it."

I take a breath and push away from Xander, letting myself fallback into the buoyancy of the water, and Xander gets up and moves over to the lounger next to Cole. "Relax," I hear him say, in a surprisingly gentle tone of voice. "I didn't

know."

I float onto my back and let myself turn slowly in the water. The boys don't speak and for a moment, everything is calm and quiet. I watch the sky fade from purple to black.

When I get out of the water, Cole calls me over. "Come here."

I walk over and stand next to his chair. The evening air on my damp skin is giving me goosebumps.

"Sit." Cole swings his legs to the side, making room for me beside him, and I take a seat, facing Xander. "You can chill with us if you want."

He says it casually, like he could care less either way, but it's the most civil thing he's said in years.

"Sure."

I sit down and shiver. I'm damp and growing colder. Cole reaches over for my towel and drapes it around my shoulders. For an awkward moment, we're all

silent. We've never just hung out before, and without the boys teasing and me reacting, we don't know what to say.

I'm not sure if we're supposed to be friends now, or what, but my mind is racing with thoughts of what happened in the movie room the other night, and wondering where things might go next.

"What do you guys wanna do tonight " asks Xander, breaking the silence. Cole shrugs. "Watch a movie "

Xander and I both shoot him a look. Clearly Xander's thinking of the last time we were in the movie room, too, and Cole's eyes flick between us, questioning,

until realization dawns. He ducks his head with a laugh.

It seems like time to speak up, and I fight my shyness to say, "I liked when we watched a movie together the other night."

"Yeah " Cole raises his eyes to me. Once again, I'm struck by his intensity. He's always looked so guarded around me before, if he even looked at me at all. Now, the energy between us is charged and electric.

"Yeah."

A pause. "What did you like best about it "

I take a breath before answering. "I liked touching both of you. But I also liked.what you were doing together. When I first walked in. That was hot."

My cheeks warm. I don't know what Cole and Xander are, exactly-if it's a relationship, or what-and I don't want to make any assumptions.

I lift my eyes and Cole tilts his chin, looking like his usual teasing self. "You're such a horndog, Hails."

I roll my eyes, but he doesn't say anything else, so I summon all my courage to say more. "Is that something.you do often Or. "

I expect Cole to laugh, or make fun of me, but he doesn't. He and Xander look at each other, and then Cole answers, "Not too often, but sometimes. When we

need it."

The image of it flashes back into my mind, Xander on his knees before Cole, and I say quietly, "I think it's hot."

The corner of Cole's mouth curves upward. "Does that turn you on, Hails Is that what you watch when you watch porn "

I shrug. I'm not embarrassed. "Sometimes." He smiles.

Then I say the bravest thing of all. "I'd like to watch it sometime. You two."

I'm nervous they're going to burst out laughing at me, but they don't. They just

look at me, and then each other, as if they're silently reading each other's minds. Finally Cole says, "Okay. But if we do it, what are you going to do for us "

"Whatever you want." Cole smiles.

No one dares speak for a minute, until Xander asks, "What do you want us to do "
