Chapter 30 I Will Please Roger Well And Never Let You Down!

Suddenly, Astrid was pulled back by Blake’s strong force, and his eyes were savage.

"She still owes me a lot of things. When one day she is paid off, and I am tired of playing with her and don't want her anymore, I will give her to you, okay?"

In a few seconds, there was a strained atmosphere.

Roger did not speak, looking at the woman in front of him with a face indifferent but scared. But the next second into his ears, words were so frivolous.

Her smile was gentle and sweet, so beautiful that she could get out of sight.

“Why is Mr. Ledger so mean? Mr. Adams is not worse than you. Didn't you say that you would introduce some clients to me? I think Mr. Adams is good. I want to wait on Mr. Adams. And please don't forget the thing which you had promised me!” Astrid said, then broke away from Blake's hand.

She smiled thinly, but she bit her flesh of the mouth the next moment. The heavy smell of blood made her gag but also let her sober up a few points.

Astrid looked at the man standing in front of her. He was her first love but now the only remaining hatred. They could never go back to the beginning.

"Mr. Adams, let's go!" Astrid smiled and reached out to hold Roger's arm. She smiled ironically when she saw the anger in Blake's eyes.

She bet Blake would never snatch her away from Roger's arms a second time. Blake was arrogant, and he would never try to do it again.

"Astrid..." Blake yelled in a low voice. The veins in his forehead were bulging, revealing his emotions at the moment.

But Astrid gave him a bright smile, "Mr. Ledger, don't worry. Since I accept your request, I will definitely please Mr. Adams well and will never let you down!"

Her smile looked like a white rose in the pure world, so beautiful that she let people forget the thorns on her body!

Roger looked at them with a raised eyebrow. The black hair on his forehead blocked his look, and he was curious about their relationship. He didn’t expect that Blake would be forced to such a point by a woman.

He would like to see what Astrid wanted to do in the end.

"Since the beauty said so, I will take it for granted and accept Mr. Ledger’s kindness.” Roger put his hand around Astrid's waist, smiled slightly, and looked at Blake, "Then we will go first. Thanks!"

After saying that, Roger took Astrid and went upstairs. Everyone was surprised, but no one said anything. Only in the dark place of turning to the elevator Roger clearly saw the tears under Astrid’s smiling face.

He wiped the tears that were running down her chin. They were cold and made him feel upset.

Roger deemed that Astrid was a stubborn and strong girl. She really let people love her dearly.

Blake was standing in the hall after Roger took Astrid away, clenching his hand with a wrathful spark in his eyes.

Felix Gardner happened to see such a dramatic scene. He wanted to hide aside to watch the show, and he did not expect this play was good. And it looked like Blake was a loser in this battle.
