When Love Turns into Hatred

Chapter 17 Double Standard(2)

Chapter 17 Double Standard(2)

What an ungrateful woman!

Tameka recovered from the shock seconds later. "Rose, I know Judson isn't caring enough. We spoiled him. I will teach him to be a good man. Don't be mad at him, OK?"

"Don't worry." Lillian worried that Rose would agree, so she hurriedly said, "Even if Ms. Edwards can't be with Judson, she still has Mr. Carroll. Today, Mr. Carroll did a lot for her..."

"Ms. Stewart, I had conflicts with Judson." Apparently, Lillian had ulterior intentions. Darrin couldn't help saying, "But it is not about Rose."

"Is that so?" Lillian pretended to be shocked and covered her mouth, smiling, "You fought hard. I thought you were jealous because of her..."

Darrin felt it was ridiculous. "Ms. Stewart..."

Did Lillian think other people were idiots who didn't know her intentions?

"Come on. It's common." Tameka waved her hand suddenly with a smile. "It is common that men fight for a pretty girl. Rose is kind and upright. She is also pretty. It's reasonable that men fight for her."

Lillian twitched her mouth.

Was Tameka blind? Judson and Darrin had a big fight. But she still praised Rose.

Lillian felt that Rose's parents deserved the miserable death.

Mad, she mocked, "Yeah. Luckily, she is pretty. Other women would have been taken as a vixen."

"Ms. Stewart, Rose broke up with Judson."

Darrin didn't want her to slander Rose. "I recorded how you admitted your relationship with Judson. Do you want to listen to the recording?"

Lillian was shocked. She kept her eyes wide open, looking at Judson pitifully.

"Judson knows that I wanted to cheer my sick grandfather up by doing so... I didn't even mention his name. Nor did I say we were in love. These reporters were crazy and lied to me to attract people's attention..."

Then she looked at Rose resentfully.

She felt that Rose was a scheming woman who took her place because the Roach family owed to her late parents.

They broke up, but Rose hadn't given up yet.

"Your sick grandfather? Why didn't I know about it?" Tameka was shocked.

"That makes sense. He has been treated abroad. He got sick suddenly and almost died."

Lillian looked at Judson with gratitude. "Luckily, Judson helped us find Dr. Dylan to treat my grandfather and save him."

A bang sounded.

Rose's glass dropped. The water scattered.
