Doctor's Revenge- Watch the Intern Get Destroyed by Her Own Lies!

Chapter 1

Chapter 1

I never expected it, William, my boyfriend, and that cunning intern, Lucy, scheming together to destroy me. A single misdiagnosis from Lucy took a patient's life, and they pinned the blame on me. The grieving family burst into my home, beating me to death, but just when I thought it was the end... I woke up. Right back at the start.

"It's nothing serious. Just rest, you'll be fine!" It was Lucy's voice.

I walked into the room to find Lucy Sutherland sitting in my chair, acting like she was in charge, giving a patient her "professional" advice.

Without thinking twice, I grabbed the report from her hands and shoved her aside.

"Who gave you the right to play doctor behind my back? What if you mess something up? Are you ready to take the blame?"

...

"It's just a migraine, nothing serious," Lucy said, casually sitting in my chair in her white coat, flipping through the patient's chart. The patient in front of her was clutching his head in pain, his face twisted in agony. The whole situation felt like a bad déjà vu. Before I could stop myself, I blurted out, "Who gave you the authority to treat a patient on your own?" I snatched the report from her hands, my pulse quickening.

But then, just as I was about to say more, I heard a familiar voice from behind me.

"Tina, don't be so harsh. It's just a minor issue. Let Lucy handle it."

My heart dropped when I saw William Lunniker. And just like that, everything came crashing down, I was back.

William was both my boyfriend and my boss. Lucy was just an intern, assigned to me for training. In my past life, Lucy had taken advantage of my absence to treat a patient without my supervision. I'd been just as furious as I was now, but back then, William had insisted that rookies needed to get hands-on experience, telling me to step aside. I had resisted, quoting hospital regulations, but he had snapped, accusing me of being too controlling and not giving the intern a chance to learn. Then, he ordered Lucy to handle the patient, right in front of me.

With William backing her, Lucy arrogantly prescribed meds without so much as a test, sending the patient home. What she thought was just a simple headache? Turned out to be a brain hemorrhage. Less than two hours later, the patient was dead.

The family, grief-stricken and furious, barged into the hospital demanding justice. But when the investigation began and they turned their rage on Lucy, William threw me under the bus.

"Tina, this is all your fault! Lucy's just an intern. She didn't know any better. Why the hell did you let her treat the patient?"

Lucy, playing the victim perfectly, added, "Tina made me do it. It's her fault the patient's dead."

The evidence was clear, Lucy had used my computer to write the prescription. I had no way to fight back with both William and Lucy turning on me. The hospital wasted no time firing me, and the family, led by none other than Lucy, broke into my home and beat me to death.

As I lay there, bruised and broken, Lucy stood nearby with a cruel smirk.

"Beat her to death! She's the one who killed your loved one."

In my final moments, I could see William, tenderly comforting Lucy, whispering, "It's over, don't worry. You weren't too scared, were you?" Their smiles are burned into my memory.

But now, this time, I was determined to change it. I shoved Lucy aside, my fury boiling over. I locked eyes with William, my voice cold and sharp.

"If something goes wrong, are you going to take responsibility for it?"
