Parker and William spent the day together. She took him to all the tourist spots that she had visited within the first few days of her being in Sydney. They visited the opera house, climbed the harbour bridge, visited the Chinese gardens in darling harbour and ended the night having dinner close to the uni so William could walk Parker back to her dorm. William had made plans to go to the zoo with Parker tomorrow and then they would be visiting a real estate agent on Monday, to find William a place to rent for a while. He had managed to convince Parker he wanted to stay so they could actually be a family.
William had messaged the others after he had got Parker to calm down telling them he would see them back at the hotel and then he turned his phone off. He respected that Parker didn't want to deal with the others and wanted to prove to her she could trust him. So once Parker was safely in her dorm, he headed back to the hotel knowing he would be in for a shit show.
When William walked into the room his father was pacing the room and was clearly angry. Leon, Tanner and Jude were making calls to whom, William had no idea, but the three Jones brother hung up immediately when they saw William. "Where the hell have you been?" Richard asked the minute he scanned his son for injuries. "Out with Parks" William answered. William was ready for the blow out and he would take it all.
"Are you kidding me? Where is she now? You will not keep me away from my daughter" Richard fumed out. "First off, Parker is at her place and she didn't want to see any of you. I respected her wishes and if that makes me an arsehole so be it" William fumed back. "You treated Parker like shit all her life just like they have. You may not have known she was your daughter but that doesn't justify treating her like she didn't matter because you were angry at her mother. You were the adult" William stated. "I didn't know she was my daughter" Richard yelled. "She is a human being regardless of being your biological daughter. You had no right to hurt her" William yelled back.
"This isn't helping. Tell us where Parker is and we will go and speak to her" Leon stated trying to stop the fight that was happening. "She wants nothing to do with any of you, so no I won't be telling you where she is" William stated firmly. He would not betray his sister's trust for anyone. "So now you are keeping my daughter from me too!" Richard yelled. "No I am keeping away people who have abused Parker from her until she is ready to speak to you. None of you see Parker at all. She is a person with feelings and wants to be here in Sydney. You still all expect her to run back home because you said sorry. Well that doesn't cover it. The damage each and everyone of you caused is not going to be forgotten because you said sorry" William stated.
"You aren't giving us a chance to speak with her" Tanner stated. "She doesn't want to speak with you. What don't you get? We turn up dump a whole lot of information on her and then oops sorry it's better now, get over it" William fumed out. "All I want is to know my daughter, I missed out on her entire life" Richard argued. "You missed out because you treated her like shit. You punished her for what her mum did. She has been abused in some way by every single one of you. You may be family but the only family she knew treated her like crap her entire life. When someone shows you there true self like you did to Parker, you believe them. For Parker, family means shit and finding out her father treated her like shit her entire life just proved the point of family meaning nothing" William stated.
Leon, Tanner and Jude didn't know what to say. All William had said was the truth. They had treated her badly even though she was there sister. Richard was stunned, he had pushed the kid away and was out right rude to her when she was around. He wished he could go back in time and show her that he wasn't a monster like the rest of her family, but that was an impossible task. His behaviour had consequences and while he didn't know she was his daughter, it didn't change the fact he had used Parker as a source for his anger for what her mother had done. That meant he was no better then the family she grew up with.
"We just want the chance to make it right" Jude spoke up. "There is no making it right. You want her to go back to The NT, no you expect her to go back to the Northern Territory, but she has her life here" William stated. "She needs to know about mum, mum is in The NT so it makes sense for us all to be there to look after her" Leon spoke up. "Why so you can dump your mother onto Parker? What about what Parker wants?" William asked with acid in his voice. William could see where this was headed and didn't like it one bit.
"We are family, family take care of each other. Mum needs us and that includes Parker" Tanner stated. "So where were you all when Parker needed you? So family is there for each other but none of you could keep your dick in your pants to be there for Parker? That's fucken double standards. None of you see Parker for who she is. None of you can see what Parker wants and I'll be sure as hell to fight for my sister and what she wants. At the moment none of you are what she wants so get that through your head. Parker is not returning home to look after a mother who let her own child be treated like less, to please an abusive prick and his sons. Now get the fuck out of my sight. Tomorrow Parker and I have plans and I suggest you find a flight to get yourselves home, because I won't allow any of you to hurt my sister again" William raged out. He was done allowing anyone to treat Parker like she was less than a human being.
