The Dilemma of Parker

"When we separated, I was financially cut off. That bitch removed all access to the money. She told me if her daughter was that strong to get away from me, then she would be too. She never once took away the money. At first I tried to apologise and win her back like I had done before, but that bitch wouldn't hear me out. All the fucken promises and she shut me down. Then I knew that she had to die. I kept at her, breaking her down, but you fucken boys just kept saving her. But as a final fuck you to me, your grandmother made sure I got nothing because of that thing" Tyson screamed.

Parker was struggling to breath and having flash backs of everything that had happened to her growing up in that house. She was flinching and twitching but looked to be far away. Jude turned to his sister to see how she was coping with what had been said. He needed to look at Parker to ground himself so he didn't go and murder the man he once considered a father.

"I will destroy you Parker like I destroyed your mother. Mark my words" Tyson screamed as the police started to move him towards the car worried that the family would take matters into their own hands. More police surrounded Tyson for his protection and Tamia's brothers moved in. "Boys, make the bitch suffer and bring her down" Tyson screamed but Parker wasn't listening at all. She was locked in her memories and that was bad enough.

"Let her go" Jude yelled to Jaylan. He could see that Parker was struggling. Unfortunately the noise of everyone yelling at Tyson and the police screaming for everyone to stay back drowned out Jude. Parker's family were horrified about what Styron was saying about Parker. They wanted blood and making themselves heard. Jude was trying to push his way back to Parker as the rest of the family pushed towards Tyson. "Fucken let Parker go" Jude screamed alerting Richard and William who swung around seeing Jaylan holding Parker so she was unable to move.

William and Richard were horrified at the look on Parker's face. It was the same look William saw yesterday when she was breaking down. Parker was sobbing heart breaking sobs again, but no one seem to hear over the noise of the police and the family. Jude, William and Richard were trying to get to Parker and Jaylan was to interested in what was happening to notice Parker. Richard was horrified with himself for pushing Tyson without any thoughts of how Parker would cope.

"Let her go Jaylan" William screamed as there was a break in the noise which seemed to break through everyone. Jaylan looked down and saw Parker just as he heard another heart breaking sob leave her lips. He dropped his arms from around Parker just as the entire family swung around to look at where the cry's were coming from. All eyes stopped on Parker.

"Parker, fuck, I am so sorry Parker" Jaylan said spinning Parker around so he was face to face with her. Tyson began to laugh hearing the noise coming from Parker. "I fucken told you I would break her like I did Tamia" Tyson yelled before be shoved into the back of a paddy wagon by the police. Everyone in the family began to move towards Parker wanting to go and comfort her. "Stop" screamed a female police officer seeing the look on Parker's face.

Parker needed to get away from the noise. Jaylan reached for Parker to console her, he felt so bad for not even realising she was not coping with what was happening. Parker screamed before running, she felt trapped and small and had sworn to herself that she would never let anyone make her feel like that again. These people had made her feel that way with no concern for her what so ever.

"Parker" Jude, William, Richard and Jaylan screamed trying to stop Parker from running. Parker didn't stop, she just needed to get somewhere that she would be safe. Jude was the first one to break away from the group and chased after Parker. There was only one place that Parker was going, that was to her Ninny's place. She had done this as a child several times when things got to much at home. There was an entrance under the stairs she would hide in. Her Ninny would always find her there and make sure she was safe. Because Parker was stuck in her childhood memories, that's where she was heading, forgetting her Ninny was no longer alive to keep her safe.

Jude kept Parker in his sight the entire time he was running after her. He remembered she had run several times before and now he had a feeling he knew why. He never did know where she went though and knew if he lost sight of her he would never find her again. Richard and William had tried to keep up but couldn't. Jaylan had hung his head in shame watching Parker run from him, he was meant to protect her and had hurt just like her family had.
