Gerrad made her sit in a safe place and took out his gun. Sally suddenly became scared seeing the black metal in his hand.

"What are going to do? Don't kill them?"She held his arm trying to stop him from his evil intentions.

Gerrad looked at her and then at the men who were firing at them while Robertson was going mad with anger.

He finally got the chance to put his hands on Sally but Gerrad ruined it again.

"I am not going to hurt them. I am only going to talk to them."He told Sally who knew that he was lying.

"Close your eyes."Gerrad ordered her who was staring at him with wide eyes.

"I said close your eyes." This time Gerrad lifted his Hun and Sally instantly covered her face with both hands making his smile in such dangerous situation.

"I will be back in few minutes." He whispered in her ear who quickly nodded but still did not remove hands from her face

Sally felt Gerrad standing up and leaving. Few seconds later, there was gun sounds along with people screaming with pain.

She trembled with fear while praying for Gerrad's safety.

Few minutes later, Gerrad came back as he made sure Robertson would never make a problem for him again.

He sat in front of her who was still hiding her face in between her palms. She looked like a scared kitten and he wanted to take her in his arms and tell her she was safe now.

"You can open your eyes now."

Sally shook her head as she did not want to look at anything.

Gerrad chuckled and slowly removed her hands who opened her eyes and stared at him. Seeing the blood on his hands and clothes she became more scared and touched him everywhere to check if he was alright.

Few cars stopped near them and Gerrad's men came out of the car.

"Let's go." Gerrad forward his ah d towards her who looked at him as she bit her lip confusingly.

"I....I twisted my ankle when...."She stopped and looked away from him making him worried.

Gerrad touched her feet and examined it which by now had started swelling. He took a deep breath realizing that she was in pain all that time.

He moved forward and lifted her in his arms who gasped over his sudden action and looked embarrassed.

"I am sorry." She apologized as he made her sit inside the car.

"Save your words because I am letting this go but only this time.

He coldly informed her while Sally quickly nodded telling him that she will never make such mistake again.

Sally looked at the doctor who was wrapping her foot in a bandage and then at Gerrad who was throwing daggers at her with his eyes.

He was angry at her whose one little mistake caused so much chaos.

"Take as much rest as you can and don't try to put much stress on your foot or it will become worse."

The doctor advised her who nodded telling her that she will do as she is saying.

The doctor got up and left after giving Gerrad the prescription.

Sally bit her lip feeling Gerrad's eyes on her. She looked up innocently while Gerrad sighed as he could not resist that innocence.
