Chapter 27 Her Heart Died With Her Love!

Astrid's heart suddenly twitched, and she looked up at Blake's handsome face and smiled, "It's a deal!"

No matter what it took, she was going to get Carrie back from her, and soon!

Carrie was her life, the only thing that kept her alive. Without Carrie, she was not living for anything.

Thinking of Carina, she thought of her own child again.

"Blake, why aren't you answering my call? Why?" A smile rose from the corners of Astrid's lips, which was self-deprecating and sad. Until now, she still wanted an answer that had long been clear to her mind.

Blake's icy tone was like he was talking about an unrelated matter. Astrid was slightly stunned, then burst out laughing madly.

What call did he ask her about?

The answer was always that Mr. Ledger was not available!

But for the sake of her child, she still begged and pleaded, asking the secretary to pass on her words. She begged him to let Blake answer the call, but her answer was, "Miss Noelle, don’t call again! Mr. Ledger has to stay with Miss Harlem. He doesn't have time and doesn't want to see you again!"

The moment she hung up the phone, the child was dead. In that cold winter, her child died in her arms!

It was 1 a.m., and he had time for Mikayla Harlem but not for herself.

At that moment, Astrid realized that the man she had loved for more than ten years was heartless.

As the child in her arms became cooling, her heart was hollowed out and could not be warmed up anymore.

Her heart died, along with her love also died together.

Blake saw such a crazy and sad Astrid, only suddenly remembered Joey's words. Joey had said Astrid called him many times in prison, but he did not answer.

She was asking why he didn't answer her calls at that time?

Blake thought with a laugh that Astrid thought too highly of herself!
